Shipping Policy
Performa Lifestyles LLC is committed to providing fast and reliable shipping services for all orders. Orders placed before noon (EST) on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after noon will be processed and shipped the next business day.
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our primary shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package’s delivery status.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and USPS service availability. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We do not ship to the following areas where kratom is banned: ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, INDIANA, RHODE ISLAND, TENNESSEE, VERMONT, WISCONSIN. SARASOTA COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, COUNTY, DENVER CO, SAN DIEGO CA, CITY OF OCEANSIDE CA, JERSEYVILLE IL, ALTON IL, AND COLUMBUS MS.
Furthermore, we do not ship outside the US.
